Liliya Podkopayeva visits Kyiv Regional Children’s Hospital in Boyarka

During her visit to Ukraine, Liliya Podkopayeva, Olympic Champion and founder of Health of Generations, together with Lera Tatarchuk and Kateryna Trubay, visited the Kyiv Regional Children’s Hospital in the city of Boyarka.

This medical facility is one of the leading pediatric institutions in the Kyiv region. It provides around-the-clock care to children, including those who have been displaced by the war. Despite extremely difficult working conditions — damp walls, humidity, and mold — the hospital’s medical staff continue to save young lives every single day.

Liliya met with doctors, staff, and patients, personally witnessing their resilience and dedication. She expressed admiration and gratitude for their work and discussed ways the Health of Generations foundation could help improve the hospital’s environment for both children and healthcare workers.
